Museum of the Future
Designing the future as a physical, convincing thing.
The Museum of the Future in Dubai is the first institution in the world dedicated to experiencing possible futures — not just reading about them. The building opened in 2022, and Simone was part of the founding team that developed what goes inside it: future scenarios, speculative objects, and immersive experiences from decades that haven't happened yet.
The challenge was to make the future convincing in all the ways physical things are — not just as an idea, but as something you can touch, smell, and walk through. That meant designing not just objects but the context that would make them plausible.
